1. Data Minimization & What We Collect

We collect only the data strictly necessary to operate the Software and provide you with AI task execution.

• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name and email address via secure authentication.
• Usage Data: We log generic telemetry, task operations, and token consumption to manage your subscription limits and AI costs.

2. How the Agent Works (Local Interactions)

To function, Flex requires Operating System Permissions, including Accessibility and Screen Recording.

• Screen Recording: Flex captures visual snapshots of your screen ONLY while actively executing a task. These snapshots are temporarily processed to understand your desktop UI. We DO NOT store or record your screen persistently on our databases.
• Keystrokes & Inputs: We monitor specific hardware shortcuts (like the Double-ESC kill switch) locally. We do not operate as a persistent keylogger.

3. Third-Party AI Providers & Data Sharing

To process your commands, the prompts you type—along with necessary screen snapshots—are transmitted securely to our specialized Large Language Model (LLM) partners (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) strictly for fulfilling your requests.We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Payment Processing & Cookies

• Payments: We do not store your credit card information. All transactions are securely processed by our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy), which handles your payment data according to global security standards (PCI-DSS).
• Cookies & Web Portals: If you use our web dashboard, we may use essential cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your login session and improve site performance.

5. Security & Data Breach Handling

We implement industry-standard security measures (including secure IPC and database row-level security) to protect your account data. In the event of a security breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected users promptly and take all reasonable measures to mitigate potential harm.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and usage data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we may retain your data for up to 90 days for operational, billing, and legal compliance purposes before it is permanently erased.

7. Your Privacy Rights (User Control)

Depending on your location, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request the correction of inaccurate data.
• Request the deletion or erasure of your data.
• Object to certain data processing activities.

8. Children's Privacy (Age Restriction)

Flex is not intended for use by children. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Software. Users under 18 must have parental consent to make purchases.

9. International Users

Flex is operated from the Arab Republic of Egypt. Users accessing Flex from outside Egypt are responsible for complying with their local privacy laws. By using the Software, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data internationally, including to the US where our LLM partners reside.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect technological or legal changes. Continued use of the Software after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
