1. Acceptance of Terms & License Grant

By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for personal or internal business purposes. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, decompiling, copying, or white-labeling the Software.

2. Beta Software and OS Control Warning

Flex is an advanced, experimental artificial intelligence agent capable of executing commands, interacting with the file system, mouse, keyboard, and external applications on your local operating system. The Software is experimental and may produce unexpected results or behave unpredictably. The Software inherently modifies system states. You assume FULL RESPONSIBILITY for ensuring your use conforms with your local laws and workplace policies.

3. User Responsibility & Kill-Switch

Flex operates autonomously. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THE SOFTWARE'S ACTIONS. You agree to actively supervise the Software and utilize the provided hardware "Kill-Switch" (e.g., Double-ESC) to immediately halt the Software if it behaves unexpectedly.

4. Updates, Changes & Feature Control

We reserve the right to update, modify, or temporarily/permanently suspend the Software, specific AI models, or entire features without prior notice. We may also completely disable access to Flex for maintenance, security updates, or API migrations.

5. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Flex relies on external Large Language Model APIs (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to function. We are NOT responsible for any errors, hallucinations, downtime, or degraded performance originating from these third-party services.

6. STRICT LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLEX AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

• LOSS OF DATA, CORRUPTION OF FILES, OR SYSTEM FAILURE.
• UNINTENDED EMAILS, MESSAGES, OR TRANSACTIONS EXECUTED BY THE AGENT.
• FINANCIAL LOSSES OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTIONS.

7. Indemnification (User Compensation)

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flex and its creators from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Software, or your violation of these Terms. This includes any actions that may cause harm to your own or others' systems.

8. NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the upfront, intensive costs of the third-party AI APIs required to power the Software, ALL SALES, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND CREDIT PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. By completing a purchase, you expressly waive your right to a refund. Payments are securely processed via our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy).

9. Account Termination & Ban

We reserve the right to instantly terminate, suspend, or ban your account and restrict access to the Software at any time, without notice or refund, if we suspect you are violating these Terms, engaging in abusive behavior, or using the Software for malicious purposes, including any actions that may cause harm to your own or others' systems.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Egypt. Users accessing the Software from outside Egypt do so at their own initiative and risk, and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
